Job Title: Business Support Officer

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT support to resolve issues and ensure systems run smoothly.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to present business performance insights.
  • Manage IT assets, including laptops, phones, and network infrastructure.
  • Support website updates and marketing activities.
  • Oversee fleet management, including servicing and repairs.
  • Maintain the office environment, ensuring it is well-resourced and functional.
  • Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team.
Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant qualification in Information Technology or related field.
  • Demonstrated IT helpdesk/troubleshooting experience in M365 environments.
  • Strong skills in Power BI and data reporting.
  • Eligible to work in Australia.
  • Working with Children's Check.
  • NDIS Worker Screening.
