Role Overview

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our charter services. This position involves coordinating logistics, managing bookings, liaising with clients and crew, operational administrative tasks and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. If you thrive under pressure, have a knack for problem-solving, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.

What You\'ll Do
  • Manage and coordinate flights, schedules and assist with crew rostering
  • Manage logistics such as crew accommodation, catering and ground support
  • Monitor operations and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate bookings and operational records
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients—provide updates, handle requests, exceed expectations
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company standards
Qualifications & Skills

What We\'re Looking For

  • Experience in operations coordination (aviation preferred, not essential)
  • A minimum of 3 years of operations coordination experience is required
  • Strong organisation, multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Intermediate level Excel proficiency is required for this role
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • Tech-savvy with scheduling/logistics systems (FL3XX experience a plus)
  • Current ASIC card, or ability to obtain one
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required
