We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team at Claremont Quarter, Perth's premier retail destination.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to assist with operational management and support the Senior Operations Manager.

The role involves coordinating building services contracts, managing relationships with contractors and suppliers, overseeing on-site cleaning and security personnel, and effectively managing repair and maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in retail facilities management, a trade certificate or mechanical/operational 'hands-on' experience, and knowledge of building management systems.
