The role of a Pharmacy Assistant is pivotal in providing top-notch customer service and expert advice on pharmaceutical issues. As a seasoned professional in this field, you will work in a dynamic call centre environment where your dispensing experience will be highly valued.

This position is perfect for someone with dispensing experience in a hospital or community setting who wants to transition into the public sector. The successful candidate will operate in a fast-paced call centre environment, answering queries and providing relevant information regarding the Australian Government's Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).

The Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and timely advice on pharmaceutical issues, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
