Pharmaceutical Production Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Pharmaceutical Production Specialist to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to advance their career in the pharmaceutical industry. You will work with raw materials, assembling ingredients according to each patient's requirements and maintaining cleanliness standards. In time, you will progress to become an Aseptic Compounder through a dedicated training program.
This role involves working a standard 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday. The working hours alternate between morning and evening shifts on a weekly basis. We value flexibility, so we strive to create an adaptable and inclusive environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities- Work under production plans to deliver parenteral nutrition products to meet compounding schedules
- Assemble raw ingredients into final pharmaceutical products based on individual patient requirements
- Ensure timely replenishment of materials and components for next shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to standard operating procedures in assigned areas
- Dispose of cleanroom materials properly according to current procedures
- Experience in controlled production environments like pharmaceutical or food manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and planning skills
- Effective communication to maintain teamwork and motivation
- Able to handle stress and pressures within the work environment
- No weekend shift rostering and no night shifts guaranteed
