About the Role
This executive general manager role will be responsible for driving top-line sales and unlocking growth opportunities within the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to drive market share growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Lead the sales expansion and growth strategies, delivering sales unit and revenue growth.
- Manage a proactive and effective tendering process to capitalize on new business opportunities.
- SUCCESSFULLY LAUNCH NEW PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Develop and lead a high-performance team across all states and territories.
- Optimize the supply chain strategy to support product and channel expansion.
- Champion technological advancements and digital solutions to drive revenue improvements.
- Build and maintain a strong industry network to enhance visibility and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 10 years of extensive sales and marketing experience, preferably in a related industry. Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies. Strong customer relationship management skills and experience. Excellent negotiation, communication, and collaboration abilities. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving results. Technologically and digitally savvy with a passion for innovation. Degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Sales Management, or a relevant field.
