To excel in this position, you will bring advanced clinical knowledge and experience working in Theatres. Your leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills will be essential assets.
- Current registration with the relevant nursing authority.
- At least three years of post-graduate experience in your specialty area.
- Hold a relevant post-graduate qualification or be pursuing it.
- Ability to act as a positive role model with excellent communication and delegation skills.
- Proven ability to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care needs.
- Advanced understanding of relevant ANMC competencies.
