We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to support individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviours in community settings.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively to develop and implement person-centred plans, promoting the elimination of restrictive practices through education and practical strategies.
Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing evidence-based PBS plans.
- Promoting positive behaviour change through collaborative working.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience working within the NDIS framework and supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Qualified Behaviour Support Practitioners or professionals with extensive experience in the disability sector.
