As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

About the Role
  • You will work in diverse settings, such as homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres, to provide behaviour support services aligned with NDIS standards.
  • You will utilise assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximising NDIS funding.
  • You will build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, including family, carers, and friends.
  • You will develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies, utilising positive behaviour support frameworks.
  • You will conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges.
