Job Summary

Clinical Nurses play a vital role in the healthcare industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a clinical and professional resource within the operating theatres, demonstrating advanced knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and families to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure the department operates safely, efficiently, and in line with best practice standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Relevant registration with AHPRA.
  • Minimum three (3) years' post graduate experience in area of speciality.
  • Hold a relevant post graduate qualification or is working towards.
  • Ability to act as a positive role model with excellent communication and delegation skills.
  • Proven ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.
  • Advanced understanding of ANMC competencies as per nursing registration.
