About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized Clinical Trials Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical trials unit, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, professional, and efficient research services are delivered in line with Good Clinical Practice and relevant regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical trial protocols.
  • Ensure safe and ethical conduct of clinical research and trials.
  • Coordinate patient visits and collect relevant data.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including sponsors, doctors, and hospital staff.
  • Maintain timely and appropriate communication with stakeholders.
About Our Team

Our team consists of 22 sites across four states of Australia, employing over 60 team members who focus on establishing and developing clinical trials. Our activities cover Oncology & Haematology, Mental Health, Musculoskeletal Disease, and Cardiology, as well as other therapeutic areas.

We provide access to emerging treatments and new devices that can change disease outcomes.

You will work closely with the Clinical Trials Unit and Research Manager, as well as key stakeholders, including the clinical trials team, finance teams, and national network.
