As Learning Manager, you will collaborate closely with the broader P&C leadership team to design, implement, and evaluate targeted learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive Learning Strategy aligned with the University's strategic objectives;
- Lead a high-performing team of Learning professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement;
- Promote ECU as a learning expert, providing stakeholders with guidance and support for practical solutions;
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and learning-focused outcomes delivery;
- Manage the Learning Management System, driving contract administration and improvements.
- Strategic planning, project management, and change management skills to lead multiple projects and programs;
- Able to think strategically, designing forward-thinking strategies responding to challenges and opportunities;
- Proven track record in developing and leading high-performing teams.
