**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR advice to stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR generalist, industrial relations, and employee relations. You will be able to build authentic relationships with stakeholders at all levels, becoming a trusted expert within the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Collaborate with leadership teams to provide HR consultancy, support, and advice on human resource management matters
- Develop and implement plans to deliver on business unit strategic imperatives
- Provide advice on ER and IR matters
- Support performance and behavioral issues, workplace investigations, disciplinary management, involvement in complex compensation cases
- Coach front-line leaders and build capability around people processes
- Be involved in the coordination and delivery of operational HR matters

**Requirements**

This is a busy, hands-on but highly rewarding role that will challenge you to learn and adapt quickly. Ideally, you can demonstrate:

- A strong HR generalist background
- Demonstrated IR/ER case management experience
- Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach
- The ability to build authentic relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, becoming a trusted expert within the business
- Tertiary qualifications
