We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop new accounts and expand our customer base as an electrical maintenance services provider.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for commercial strategies, proposals, outreach and developing new business opportunities.

As the business grows, the successful candidate will lead the sales, estimating and marketing team to further expand the business.

The role requires strong project management, organizational, communication and leadership skills. The ability to motivate and lead a team, network with customers and maintain efficient workflows is essential.
