Training and Onboarding Coordinator Role

Civeo is seeking a seasoned Training and Onboarding Coordinator to join our team in Perth, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming new starters on their first day and ensuring they are comfortable with the start of their journey.
  • Conducting Verification of Competency Assessments (VOC's)
  • Managing and coordinating the Civeo Village Training Plan with support from the Perth based Training team
  • Distributing and/or coordinating client and Civeo Contractor training programs
  • Liasing with village management, administration and other key support functions to ensure new starters are set up for ongoing success - including ongoing training and support
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections
  • Facilitating required training as needed

Requirements:

  • Australian Manual Driver's license
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
  • Experience in a training and/or educational role
  • A genuine passion for working with people and making a difference
  • Able to pass a medical and drug screen
