About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at CROSSMARK Australia. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our range of oil products to mechanics and businesses in the aftermarket trade industry.

Your mission will be to expand our customer base, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work collaboratively with our Client Managers and Technical BDM to maximize performance and achieve financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver financial performance targets for the accounts within your territory.
  • Work collaboratively with Client Managers and Technical BDM to maximize performance of Key Accounts across the portfolio.
  • Build effective relationships with your customer base, while always looking out for new opportunities to improve and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with our code of conduct and a systematic approach to risk reviews.
About You

We are looking for a sales professional with a demonstrated background in sales or customer service within the automotive oil/lubrication or aftermarket trade industry. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

  • A natural people's person, with the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Basic tech-proficiencies with MS Office, email, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • An organized approach to planning in advance.
  • An enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressure.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and car.
