Key Responsibilities:
- Providing casework support to children, young people, foster carers, and their birth families.
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing case plans.
- Maintaining relationships with stakeholders and support services.
- Ensuring the best interests of children and young people are at the heart of every decision.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in child protection or Out-of-Home Care (OOHC).
- A relevant tertiary degree or currently enrolled in one.
- Experience working effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
- Well-developed analytical, organisational, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A valid driver's license.
- Intermediate level skills in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
