Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to support clients recovering from workplace or motor vehicle injuries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals return to work and activities of daily living.
The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop effective return-to-work plans, and collaborate with employers, insurers, and medical professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
- This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of occupational rehabilitation principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
- Tertiary qualifications as an Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Osteopath plus relevant professional accreditation (ESSA and APHRA).
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality occupational rehabilitation services, with a focus on client-centered care and evidence-based practice.
