Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As an expert in this field, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational rehabilitation services to clients with physical and/or psychological injuries. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support the rehabilitation journey from start to healing.

  • With a holistic care approach, you will conduct various assessments based on your area of expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders such as injured personnel, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals to develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans.

Service delivery outcomes are measured through key performance indicators, not billable hours. We prioritize genuine person-centred focus and goal setting.

A set working schedule means you can achieve a healthy work/life balance – no overtime or outside work hours. Enjoy early starts and finishes: 7:30am – 15:30 Monday to Friday.

You will be located on base at Robertson Barracks.
