Job Title: ADF Rehabilitation Specialist

At our organization, we deliver expert services in workplace health and injury management.

This role involves supporting personnel with physical and psychological injuries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We will take a holistic approach to support the rehabilitation journey.
  • Assessments may include functional capacity evaluations and worksite assessments.
  • Collaboration is key when working with various stakeholders including employees, medical specialists and treatment providers.
  • Developing and implementing rehabilitation plans is also a priority.
Requirements:
  • Current registration or membership with relevant industry bodies (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, AASW) is essential.
  • Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy or Social Work are required.
  • Australian citizenship is mandatory.
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills are necessary for this position.
  • Engaging effectively with multidisciplinary teams is crucial to achieving common goals.
  • A passion for helping people rehabilitate is also desired.
  • Occupational rehabilitation experience is highly regarded but not necessary.
