Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking dedicated professionals with a strong background in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work to join our team of experts in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector.

About This Role
  • Clinical Assessments: Conduct comprehensive health and injury history assessments, including past and current treatment, prognosis, employment and skills history, barriers, strengths, goals, and suitable work duties.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed reports on work capacity, treatment recommendations, evidence-based solutions, stakeholder liaison, health coaching (CBT principles), and return to health/work plans.
  • Specialized Consultancy: Offer ergonomic assessments, injury prevention and management, vocational assessments, labour market research, mental health training, and EAP services.
  • Ongoing Case Management: Manage ongoing rehabilitation cases, providing health coaching, client education, progress evaluation, RTW plans, job preparation and seeking, accurate documentation and reporting, and service level agreement adherence.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Must have or be eligible for professional registration (e.g AHPRA, AASW, ASORC).
  • Must have a current driver's license and a reliable mode of transport.
