**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Hotel Experience Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with check-in and departure processes, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Handle general enquiries and provide information on hotel services and amenities.
  • Engage with guests and build relationships to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
  • Support the front office team in operational tasks, including reservation management and credit card processing.
  • Develop knowledge of the hotel and local area to exceed guest expectations.

Requirements:**

  • Experience with property management systems or similar technology.
  • Relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • National RSA certification.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with excellent communication skills.
