Hotel Experience Ambassador

Role Overview

As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience at our luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and attend to guests' queries and concerns in a prompt and friendly manner
  • Process daily guest transactions and accounts accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Work flexible hours across 7am - 11pm over a 7-day roster
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in a hotel environment
  • A logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
  • An empathetic and understanding attitude towards guests' needs
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Opera PMS (an advantage)
  • A manual driver's licence and familiarity with the local area
