We are seeking a charismatic and welcoming individual to join our esteemed Front Office team at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. As a Guest Service Officer, you will be the first face guests see when they arrive and the last person they interact with when they leave – making you an integral part of our guests' experience.

Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, and addressing any requests or concerns with a genuine desire to enhance their stay. You will be the trusted guide to everything our hotel has to offer – from our exquisite restaurant and bar to our world-class spa and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences to all guests, handling inquiries, special requests, and administrative tasks with ease.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and maintain accurate records.
  • Effectively address guests' enquiries, providing solutions and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a natural and friendly way.
  • A strong commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept time management skills to ensure seamless operations.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role, with a solid understanding of hotel operations and customer service principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues.
  • The ability to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings, and occasional overnights.
  • Proficiency in using OPERA system is an asset.
