Frontline Customer Experience Associate


Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure is required.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
  • A passion for delivering superior customer service and attention to detail is necessary.
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach with a team-oriented mindset is expected.
  • Must meet legal requirements to work in Australia.
