- Process transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest stay.
- Foster a positive and energetic attitude to create a memorable guest experience.
- Stay up-to-date on local attractions, dining options, and events to provide recommendations to guests.
- Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, including health and safety practices.
- Attend regular training and development sessions to continuously improve skills.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure is required.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
- A passion for delivering superior customer service and attention to detail is necessary.
- Positive and enthusiastic approach with a team-oriented mindset is expected.
- Must meet legal requirements to work in Australia.
