We are seeking a Senior Structural Remediation Project Manager to join our team at Concentis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging structural remediation projects in a high-performing environment.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering structural remediation projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • They will ensure high standards of quality and compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical input in planning, design, and execution of project scopes.
  2. Collaborate with engineering teams and consultants to meet project specifications.
  3. Assist with project planning, cost forecasting, and resource allocation.
  4. Manage consultants and contractors to ensure timely delivery of work packages.
  5. Review and approve engineering designs, recommending improvements where necessary.
  6. Ensure quality control, conduct audits, and verify compliance with standards.
  7. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, addressing technical queries.
  8. Oversee material procurement and evaluate supplier proposals.
  9. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring safety and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
  • Project management qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience working in remote environments and managing multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Strong experience with structural remediation projects.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing and negotiating at all levels.
  • Excellent knowledge of AS/NZS standards.
