Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical input in planning, design, and execution of project scopes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and consultants to meet project specifications.
- Assist with project planning, cost forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Manage consultants and contractors to ensure timely delivery of work packages.
- Review and approve engineering designs, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Ensure quality control, conduct audits, and verify compliance with standards.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, addressing technical queries.
- Oversee material procurement and evaluate supplier proposals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring safety and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
- Project management qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience working in remote environments and managing multi-disciplinary projects.
- Strong experience with structural remediation projects.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing and negotiating at all levels.
- Excellent knowledge of AS/NZS standards.

- A competitive salary range is between AU$80,000 and AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
