We are a dynamic construction company seeking a reliable and motivated Trade Assistant to join our team on a busy building site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled tradespeople with on-site tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
• Perform basic labouring duties, such as cleaning, organizing materials, and moving equipment, as required.
• Operate hand and power tools following safety guidelines, including setting up and dismantling scaffolding and other temporary structures.
• Support general site maintenance and ensure a clean workspace by delivering tools and materials to tradespeople as needed.
• Follow all workplace health and safety protocols to guarantee a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience on a construction site or in a trade assistant role with 12 months minimum experience.
• A basic understanding of building site safety and construction tools is essential.
• The ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team is vital.
• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of site work.
• A valid White Card (or equivalent site safety certification) is required.
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
