Structural Formwork Specialist Wanted for Exciting Projects

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThis role involves working as an integral part of our team, responsible for constructing formwork structures for raft slabs. The ideal candidate should have experience with all aspects of raft slab concrete works, including detailed excavation, slab preparation, formwork, steel reinforcement, and concreting.
- Must have experience with all aspects of raft slab concrete works
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Be physically fit and able to perform manual work
- Able to accurately read all types of construction plans
The work varies from day to day, and we require candidates with a proactive, can-do attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
Key Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in formwork carpentry and raft slab concrete works
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual work
