Job Overview

NCS Australia is seeking a skilled Strategic IT Project Leader to oversee complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion.

About the Role

This challenging role involves working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget, while meeting our high standards for quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement large-scale IT transformational projects in complex enterprise environments
  • Develop and execute project governance, planning, and control strategies
  • Foster strong leadership and change management skills to drive successful outcomes
  • Cultivate excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders effectively
  • Prioritize stakeholder engagement and relationship-building
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing and implementing large-scale IT projects
  • Strong project management skills with a solid understanding of Prince2 methodology
  • Excellent leadership and change management abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Prior experience working in the Education sector is preferred
