Centre Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our team at a state-of-the-art early learning centre. As a champion of our core values, you will embody a culture of warmth, connection, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Embody our core values in your daily practice, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for children and staff.
  2. Raise the bar in operational efficiency, always prioritising the needs of children and staff.
  3. Create lasting connections with families through exceptional customer service and high-quality tours and orientations.
  4. Stay ahead of sector regulations, leveraging your expertise in the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
  5. Motivate and inspire your team to achieve best practice, working collaboratively with our National Learning, Research and Development Partner and the Centre's Educational Leader.
  6. Promote quality education and care by overseeing classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation, supported by our NLRDP Partners and Operations Support Manager.
  7. Forge strong connections with local communities, building genuine relationships with families and networks.
  8. Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract top talent and build a world-class Educator team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Current Working with Children Check and Child Protection Training.
  • Certificates in Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid.
  • Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
  • Proven experience leading large centres, managing effective rostering and wage control, and guiding teams' performance.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of engaging, inspiring, and growing professional Educators.
  • Strong knowledge of systems, including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook, and ISS.
