**About the role**:
Our well-established Contact Centre provides support for customers & colleagues across the national IntoWork Australia Group. We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and people-focused Team Leader to join Mas on our journey. You will be based in Adelaide CBD and will be the driving force for creating a passionate, inclusive and engaging environment for your high-performing team.

This will initially be a fixed term contract for 18 months, with potential for permanency.

Shifts are on a rotating roster, 38 hours per week with start times from 7.15am to 10.00am.

**About you**:

- ** You will have previous Team Leader experience in a Customer Service or Contact Centre role, ideally with hybrid teams**:

- You love what you do working in a contact centre environment
- Resilient and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven role
- Experience with & a passion for coaching teams, as well as achieving targets
- You are a customer-centric individual with strong attention to detail
- You are committed to actively supporting & mentoring your team to grow & develop in their careers
- Have great communication skills & ability to work closely with key stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and organise work priorities
- Excellent problem solving skills with a proactive approach to your working life
