Job Description

We are seeking a passionate leader to oversee the operational excellence and strategic direction of our centre in Adelaide. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional quality services that value families and educators.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading early childhood education or childcare services, with a strong focus on designing and delivering high-quality programs that exceed industry standards and foster positive outcomes for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support and guide the team to execute our values and objectives.
  • Oversee service presentation standards and ensure consistency across all centres in the region.
  • Manage the financial performance of each centre, ensuring efficient rostering and recruitment aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure all eligible centre funding is received, including subsidies and support programs.
  • Provide regular performance reports.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within early childhood education or childcare services.
  • Strong financial skills, including cost accountability and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of government funding and requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience managing culturally diverse teams.
  • Tertiary qualification in Children's Services, Education, or equivalent.
