Senior Centre Coordinator

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and experienced educator who excels in managing educational centres. We are seeking a Senior Centre Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring seamless alignment with our educational philosophy and policies.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of educators, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement through evidence-based practices.
- Design and implement effective programs that cater to diverse needs of children, incorporating the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data analysis to inform centre decision-making and drive strategic improvements.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that enhance the centre's reputation, quality, and overall performance.
- Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
- Essential Certificates: First aid & CPR, Working With Children (WWC) Check, Food Safety Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an early childhood education setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
