About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Centre Team Leader to join our team in Adelaide.

As a key leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and creating a nurturing environment for children aged 0-6 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of educators to provide exceptional care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement centre-wide programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with families and the local community through effective communication and engagement.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social development.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards.
  • Australian Working Rights.
  • Great personal presentation and confidence in building relationships with families and the community.
