We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Leader to join our team. As a Centre Leader, you will play a key role in creating a safe and secure environment where young children thrive.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive business performance and create a centre that is truly special.
About You- You have a completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards)
- You have prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a senior or leadership role
- You have sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
- You hold current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and a current Working with Children check
- You will be responsible for leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care to children
- You will build lasting and meaningful relationships with families, so they feel informed and confident about their child's development
- You will contribute to making your Centre an example of excellence in early childhood education and care
- You will drive business performance to support the growth and success of the Centre
