We're seeking an experienced and passionate Mental Health Recovery Program Professional to join our team at Wellways. This is a unique chance to make a real difference in people's lives and be part of a growing, innovative, and nationally recognised organisation.
Role Overview
This role involves working with individuals who require support to achieve their hopes and potential. You'll work collaboratively with other teams to ensure everyone can imagine and achieve their goals, promoting safety and inclusivity for LGBTIQ+ and First Nations communities.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse groups. You should be passionate about mental health recovery and committed to providing person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recovery plans that promote independence and well-being
- Work collaboratively with other teams to provide holistic support services
- Provide education and training on mental health recovery principles and practices
What We Offer

- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
