The Role
We are seeking a Store Manager for our Griffith store. The successful candidate will cultivate a positive team environment, drive financial performance, and lead by example to ensure clear in-store executions of business strategies and guidelines.
Responsibilities
The Store Manager will be responsible for:
- Cultivating a vibrant team environment with a focus on AMAZING customer service.
- Driving the store's financial performance to smash budgets and targets.
- Providing effective training and daily in-store operations.
- Managing visual merchandising and ensuring a high visual appeal in line with company guidelines.
- Owning health and safety in the store.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a leading ambassador of our brand, modelling Ally Fashion values of Customer-Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty, and Forever Evolving. You will have a genuine passion for mentoring others and be flexible to work rotational weekend rosters including late night trade.
Requirements
You will need:
- A solid experience in store management in a fast-paced retail environment (preferably fashion).
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.
- Great visual merchandising and styling skills.
- A competitive salary package of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
