Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to join our Griffith store. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring exceptional in-store experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. You will work closely with our Regional Manager to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including visual merchandising, stock control, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to set sales targets, manage budgets, and implement business strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced fashion environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Current Australian driver's license and satisfactory police check
