Department Head

Job Summary

As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales associates and ensuring that the department is consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will work closely with the store management team to develop and implement business strategies, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines
• Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve business objectives and support store initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
