The Reward Consultant will work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, conduct research into external trends, and analyze performance issues impacting delivery of reward programs.
About the JobThis role requires strong knowledge of Talent practices and Performance and Reward, as well as experience using AI to optimize projects, documents, and presentations.
Able to collaborate with virtual networks across diverse geographies, this individual will drive business impact and co-create relevant approaches.
- Develop and propose solutions to identify and differentiate skills premiums and qualifications within job architecture.
- Facilitate discussions with Reward, Talent Delivery, and Career Framework teams to gather feedback on recommended improvements.
- Analyze and summarize feedback and recommendations on projects to inform decisions on program changes and enhancements.
This position will involve working independently with limited direct supervision, participating in meetings to ensure effective execution of Talent strategy and processes, and owning a specific component of a service capability where allocated.
Help establish and optimize meetings and networks with Global and Region teams to communicate changes and capture needs across the firm.
Required Skills and QualificationsEducated to degree level, with experience in a closely related Talent role bringing insights and experience of service design and delivery.
Experience collaborating with Talent or business colleagues across geographies to deploy a Talent service and resolve issues.
Experience working in globally dispersed teams to enhance services, frameworks, processes, and standards.
Higher professional or masters qualification in a related discipline is preferred, not required.
