
Strategic Performance and Reward Manager

We are seeking a Performance and Reward Specialist to play a key role in supporting the review and implementation of performance and reward programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the annual performance review and remuneration review processes, maintaining the Career Development framework, and preparing reports and presentations with quantitative and qualitative insights for internal stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading Australian law firm and contribute to the development of high-quality performance and reward programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the annual performance review and remuneration review processes
- Maintaining the Career Development framework
- Preparing reports and presentations with quantitative and qualitative insights for internal stakeholders
- Monitoring legislative changes affecting remuneration and benefits
For this role, you will have:
Required Skills and Qualifications:- At least 2 years' experience in a remuneration and benefits specialist role within professional services
- Excellent data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations with clear insights and recommendations
- Understanding of performance, remuneration, and benefits
