Job Title: Performance & Reward Analyst

About the Role:
  • This role involves supporting the review and implementation of performance and reward programs.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the Performance and Reward Manager and the broader People team to ensure reward strategies are data-driven, equitable, and aligned with our firm's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. We coordinate the annual performance review and remuneration review processes, including benchmarking surveys and reporting.
  2. Maintaining the Career Development framework and linkages with performance and other people programs is a key part of this role.
  3. You will support the implementation, communication, and engagement of performance management processes.
  4. Submission of remuneration benchmarking surveys, analysis of data, and preparation of summary reports are also responsibilities of this role.
  5. You will be responsible for preparing reports and presentations with quantitative and qualitative insights for internal stakeholders.
  6. We monitor legislative changes affecting remuneration and benefits and support compliance efforts in this area.
  7. Liaising with external providers to support reward initiatives is also a key aspect of this role.
  8. You will provide support to partners and employees regarding performance and reward-related inquiries.
  9. Participation in the development and delivery of training programs related to performance management and reward systems is also required.
  10. Employee Engagement, including surveys and results presentations, is another key area of responsibility in this role.
  11. You will conduct gender pay gap analysis.
  12. Liaising with the Systems and Reporting team on the relevant systems and portal is also a requirement of this role.
  13. You will provide analytical support and ad-hoc advice as needed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a remuneration and benefits specialist role within professional services, preferably with some exposure to the legal industry.
  • Degree-level education is essential, Commerce or Business-related qualifications are advantageous.
  • Excellent data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Excel are required.
  • You must be able to produce high-quality reports and presentations with clear insights and recommendations.
  • An understanding of performance, remuneration, and benefits is essential.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
  • Ability to build relationships across various levels of the organisation is also important.
