Job Opportunity

This senior specialist role combines expertise in remuneration, rewards and benefits with leadership in organisational development. You will design and deliver frameworks that create competitive, equitable and values-aligned reward structures, lead job architecture design, job evaluation and remuneration modelling, and drive OD strategies that enhance culture, leadership, succession and engagement.

Responsibilities include shaping change management, capability uplift, and workforce effectiveness initiatives; designing and facilitating workshops, training, and evaluation measures to embed OD initiatives and track impact; and ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice while advising leaders on complex reward matters. You will have strategic visibility and contribute to the FY26 People Strategy priorities.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in remuneration and benefits frameworks, experience delivering impactful OD initiatives in complex settings, proficiency with Tier 1 HRIS (Workday highly regarded), strong analytical skills to interpret data and benchmarking, ability to influence, consult and build trusted stakeholder relationships, relevant tertiary or postgraduate HR qualifications, and a strong desire or experience working in the not-for-profit sector.
