Job Title: Strategic Rewards and Organisational Development Specialist

Job Description

As a Strategic Rewards and Organisational Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing organisational effectiveness, culture, and capability. You will design, implement, and evaluate strategies and initiatives that drive business success.

You will combine expertise in remuneration, rewards and benefits with leadership in organisational development to create competitive, equitable and values-aligned reward structures. You will lead job architecture design, job evaluation and remuneration modelling, and drive OD strategies that enhance culture, leadership, succession and engagement.

You will also shape change management, capability uplift and workforce effectiveness initiatives, and design and facilitate workshops, training and evaluation measures to embed OD initiatives and track impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Expertise in remuneration and benefits frameworks
  • Experience delivering impactful OD initiatives in complex settings
  • Proficiency with Tier 1 HRIS systems
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and benchmarking
  • Ability to influence, consult and build trusted stakeholder relationships
  • Relevant tertiary or postgraduate HR qualifications
  • A strong desire or experience working in the not-for-profit sector
