About the Role:

You will be an integral part of our team as a Service Manager, responsible for maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients and identifying opportunities to upsell existing clients. You will work closely with technicians and end-users to resolve issues and schedule work. With your background in integrated technology, such as security, AV, fire, or related fields, you will excel at managing workflow efficiently and effectively.
