We are seeking a dedicated professional to empower individuals with disabilities and injuries to achieve meaningful employment. Our team works collaboratively to build skills, identify goals, and provide support through interviews and job placement.
As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their aspirations and develop personalized strategies for success. You will also engage with local employers to source job opportunities that align with our clients' needs and abilities.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their strengths, challenges, and career aspirations;
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective support plans that meet the unique needs of each client;
- Source and secure job opportunities that match the skills and abilities of our clients;
- Maintain accurate records of client progress, achievements, and areas for improvement;
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or education;
- 1+ year of experience working with individuals with disabilities and injuries;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
