  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their strengths, challenges, and career aspirations;

  • Source and secure job opportunities that match the skills and abilities of our clients;
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress, achievements, and areas for improvement;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or education;
  • 1+ year of experience working with individuals with disabilities and injuries;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
