As a rehabilitation specialist, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals through complex plans. You will deliver assessments and counseling to people who need support after a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances.
The Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to help guide individuals toward their new career by developing graduated return plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals regarding suitable timeframes.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and others to drive positive outcomes for clients.
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce effectively.
You will take pride in empowering others and advocating for recovery and return to work. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential in this role.
About Your Qualifications- Hold a tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology, with a Master's Degree required for Psychology applicants.
- Be registered with relevant professional bodies.
- Have a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
