- The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary degree in Psychology, Counselling or Social Work.
About Your Qualifications
- With a tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology, you will possess the necessary knowledge to navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
- Registration with AHPRA, AASW or ASORC is also required for this role.
- Passion for helping individuals navigate career changes and advocating for recovery and return to work is essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver assessments and counselling services to individuals facing sudden career changes.
- Collaborate with health professionals, employers, insurers and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
- Identify barriers to Return to Work and design programs to support injured employees in their recovery.
