Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients who have experienced a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop strategies to overcome them
  • Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
  • Develop and implement return-to-work plans that take into account the client's physical and emotional well-being
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Rehab Counselling or Social Work
  • Registration with AHPRA, AASW or ASORC
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
