The Role

This position involves delivering assessments and counseling services to individuals who have experienced a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances.

  • You will collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Key responsibilities include identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and designing programs to facilitate the return of injured employees to the workforce.
  • Visionary thinking is required to visit workplaces and understand the challenges faced by injured and ill workers, as well as educating employers on the health benefits of good work practices.
